Skills

Intermediate Player Development Program

Format: 11 v 11

The Eagle Elite Academy serves as the intermediate phase of our youth development model, preparing players for competitive levels ranging from local to national, based on their age and skill. This program places a strong emphasis on tactical awareness while continuing to build essential technical skills, guiding players toward athletic growth and effective team dynamics through a structured curriculum.

Training sessions are held three times per week, supplemented by a weekend match and participation in three to five tournaments annually. Players are expected to attend all scheduled training, matches, and tournaments. For those seeking additional growth, make-up sessions are available with the approval of the Director of Coaching. Regular evaluations and feedback ensure each player’s progress and help establish the athletic foundations needed for future success.

Strength & Endurance

Strength and endurance are an important part of the fitness training.

Focus On Tactics

At this stage, training sessions are oriented more toward tactics. Players must also practice all different types of techniques at this stage.

Discipline

Players must develop discipline at this stage by following the instructions of the coach both during and outside training sessions.

Player Health

Coaching methods consider and preserve players’ health since they will be experiencing many changes due to puberty at this stage. Warm-ups and cool downs are essential, as is dynamic flexibility.

Private Lessons

Our private swim lessons area conducted in our 50-meter Olympic-size pool as well as our teaching and exercise pool. We take great care in matching each swimmer with an instructor who specializes in their specific needs. Offered on a term basis, these lessons occur once a week on the same day and time, ensuring consistency with the same instructor throughout the term.

Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited due to capacity guidelines. Please note that bookings are subject to pool space and coach availability.

2025 season

Eagle Elite SUMMER CAMPS OFFERs Everything Parents Want in a summer program for kids!

Summer camp is divided into three divisions; Younger Division (Ages 4-7), Older Division (Ages 8-11), and Teen Division (Ages 12-15).

General camp hours are from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with groups following a daily rotating schedule of approximately 5 activities a day.
